This superb 4 bedroom self catering holiday home (sleeps 7) set on the corner of upper Lough Erne / Shannon waterway is a beautiful designed home in a secluded development with its own private jetty. The dormer bungalow has a floor area of 139 square meters (1500sq feet) and accommodation comprises a large living room which runs from front to the rear of the house, a seperate kitchen cum-dining room, two bedrooms and one bathroom on ground floor, while upstairs there is a spacious landing / children's play area with one en-suite twin bedroom and a en-suite double bedroom

Disabled Friendly:
The home design is wheelchair friendly, with ramp access to the front, oversized doors to ground floor bedrooms and main bathroom with all light switches set at a lower level

On the Shannon-Erne waterway, Foalies Bridge is in a beautiful setting in one of Cavan's most popular tourist spots, particularly with anglers. The longest natural inland navigational waterway in Europe, the Shannon-Erne waterway has over 300 miles of navigable water, and Cavan has 365 lakes.

Foalies Bridge is just three kilometers from Belturbet and 15 minutes' drive from Cavan town. With its 365 lakes for every day of the year, Cavan is the perfect angling holiday location. As no license or fee is required to enjoy coarse fishing in Co Cavan there is nothing stopping you from trying your hand at a spot of angling. Set on a tranquil site at the edge of the water, the family home is detached and surrounded by spacious green areas offering a relaxing vacation.

Rental can include the use of either the 18ft lake fishing boat above or the 24ft Freeman day cruiser below.

The 24ft Freeman day boat is ideal for exploring the many nearby waterways. It is powered by a 48hp Perkins diesel engine and supplied with life-jackets and charts

The 18ft lake boat is ideal for fishing the shallow areas and the many reed beds found along the Erne waterway system. It is powered by a 8hp short shaft Honda engine.
